On June 1, 2025, VanSphere hosted an inspriging event titled  "VanSphere Big Day - Pioneers in AI and Education" at UBC Asian Center, Vancouver. CEO, Iris attended this event. The theme of this event is  “New Era, New Rules, Education Needs an Upgrade". Eight guess speakers shared their insights on how enducation is transforming in the AI era.

On March 8, 2025, CEO Iris attended the AI Application Expo held by Nustream Realty Inc. in Burnaby, BC. The event provides a comprehensive overview of AI's current role and future potential across multiple sectors, e.g. finance & investment, health & lifestyle, lead generation & marketing, property valuation, and etc. 

On August 24, 2024, CEO Iris attended the Dingfeng Business School's "New Strategic Growth" CEO Summit held in Dongguan, China. In this three-day program, the core topics covered included corporate top-level design, equity structure, resource integration, product positioning, marketing planning, investment roadshows, business models, strategic layout, and traffic breakthroughs.  

During May 27-29, 2025, CIO Duke Liu and CMO Sam Wang attended the UBS Asia Investment Conference 2025 event at Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong. 

This investment gala featured with guest speakers' speaches related to AI agent, GenAI for life sciences, Next-GenAI, and Upstream AI and etc. 

Our CIO Duke Liu and CMO Sam Wang, both participated in the three day event held by HSBC Ltd at Conrad Hotel, Hong Kong during March 25 to 27, 2025. In this event, Duke and Sam not only exchanged investment ideas with attendees, but also collected their pain-points on obtaining insightful information from various channels by AI tools.

On March 4, 2025, CEO Iris held an AI peer discussion session at our office in Vancouver, with a group of local entreprenurs. In this meeting, Iris shared with these participants on the concept, core features and future development.parth of our AI product. 

On July 20, 2025, Avocado Inc. proudly participated in the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Walk with the Dragon at Lumbermen’s Arch in Stanley Park — an inspiring community event attended by elected officials, VIPs, corporate sponsors, community leaders, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. board members, and volunteers.  

During the event, our team set up a booth to promote our company’s services and engaged with hundreds of attendees. We successfully distributed over 200 branded giveaway itemsand introduced our business offerings to a number of prospective clients. 

This event provided valuable exposure, networking opportunities, and helped strengthen our presence within the local financial and tech innovation community.

At the VIC industry exchange, we connected with experts from academia and industry to explore the practical applications and future prospects of AI.

Highlights included:

• Integration challenges for enterprises
   
• 3–5 year forecasts for AI development
   

We also showcased our AI data processing and user behavior modeling solutions, designed to deliver smarter insights and better decision-making.

The Youth Entrepreneurship Exhibition took place on Jan 21, 2025 at the Richmond Public Library. Co-hosted by Yourlibrary.ca and Futurpreneur.ca, it featured speakers including Chak Au, Andrea Welling, and Hellen Zhou. With the theme “Sharing the Power of Youth Entrepreneurship — All Ages”, the event highlighted entrepreneurial mindset, strategic planning, financial management, risk mitigation, and resources such as YELL, ABC, and Futurpreneur programs, inspiring the next generation of changemakers. 

This 3-day flagship conference is Goldman Sachs’ longest standing flagship one in the region for deep dives into the investment trends and opportunities that matter most to investors in the region, offering valuable insights on private equity, geopolitics, and understanding A.I. implications. Partner together to navigate this year and many years ahead.

Duke and Sam participated in conferences covering AI-related themes (including AI infrastructure and AI applications), as well as wealth and investment tools. These sessions have been highly valuable in enhancing our understanding of the applications of AI in the investment domain.

• Avocado Plus as one of the four co-sponsors of “2025 Vancouver AI Blockchain Summit”, actively organized and sponsored this event. 
• We dispatched posters to potential participants, recruited volunteers of the event and sponsored the gift cards for lottery winners.
• CEO, Iris Wang, spoke in a penal discussion session in this event, and introduced our company vision, product functions in front of AI society in Vancouver.
• This event marks a very good opportunity to enhance Avocado Plus’exposure to Vancouver high-tech sector.

• 2025 marks the 100th anniversary of Nomura Holdings, Inc. The company holds this five-day, year-end investment forum to exchange investment ideas among investors from Asia, Europe and all over the world.

Key takeaways from this activity:

• Japan, as a country where natural disasters happened regularly, must consider carefully on AI datacenter construction, e.g. power supply, disaster recovery, liquid-cooling disposal treatment, etc.
• Since the AI technologies developing very fast, the previous datacenter facilities, which are mainly used for data storage for entities with different scales, have become outdated. In AI era, the annual growth rate for AI-concentrated datacenters will be 30%+ in next five years.
• Large Japanese companies would prefer to rent AI datacenters which are closed to their office facilitates, not like the previous data storage purpose ones. Because the reasoning and training of LLM models require a prompt response by customers’ engineers
• The AI adoption rate among Japanese entities is behind that of Chinese peers, but the gap is not that large
